Extorting a seller using a negative feedback.

Don't EVER give into a buyer like this one as far as a refund or discount for a purchase and letting them keep your item, all the while extorting you and using a negative feedback. Some people will try anything on here to get discounted or free merchandise and it all equates to Theft NO MATTER how you try to steal.

This one Stung me

Feedback extortion is against eBay's policy. Click on the link "Report this buyer".

Naming and shaming here is also against eBay policy.

A better reply to that negative would have been...

 

Sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return it for a full refund.

 

Sellers often forget that these comments will be seen by future potential buyers.
