Extended Handling and Deliver Time on All Listings

Hi!

 

I am working with Ebay for business on this issue and they have forwarded the information to their IT department. Unfortunately, they said it will be a week or so before they will likely be able to address it. I know this issue must be affecting my sales.

 

For whatever reason, out of nowhere all of my listing are showing an extended handling and delivery time message (with an orange flag on desktop version) of July 27th. This is almost an entire month. When this started over the weekend in was July 20th. Sunday it randomly changed to July 27th. I have always offered 3 day handling and typically ship my items same or next day. This issue coincides with me making top rated seller, but I don't know if there's any correlation. I noted while listing over the weekend that when I first create my listing the estimated delivery date range is correct then once I hit refresh it adjusts to the delayed shipping and handling warning and adjusted dates. My listings are all calculated shipping. 

 

It's frustrating to say the least. I also just pulled the trigger over the weekend on a store subscription and had planned on sending several offers to buyers. I don't want to do that until this issue is resolved and my shipping and handling time estimate actually  reflects my actual shipping and handling time. Like I said, Ebay assures me they are working on this issue, but I have no clue how long this may take to resolve. Has anyone experience this or do you know of a fix? I'm a fairly new seller and I've gone through and can't see anything that doesn't look correct. Ebay for business said they would forward the issue to IT because they couldn't find any explanation for this after I sent screenshots, etc. At this point, I'm planning on addressing this with a copy and pasted message on all of my listings, but I know buyers don't always read the description. I can't think of anything else to do. Thank you!
