Evidence of shady intentions

I sold a graded card. The buyer wanted a partial refund because of “ damaged case” so he could get it fixed with Beckett.
He left me negative feedback when I said no partial , but I’d gladly refund the purchase.

I just recently spotted the card on another platform graded by PSA.

His intentions the whole time were to remove the card entirely from the case and try to get a higher grade with a different company PSA and have me foot the bill.

I had no luck with eBay removing the feed back but now I have pictures (evidence)of the card graded by a completely different company.

Do I have a chance of getting this unwarranted negative feedback removed ? Also what is the best avenue to do so?

Did you try reaching out on Social media?:

Ebay customer service is a waste of time.  These are US CS agents who work for Ebay and can better serve you with the issue at hand. Many positive posts on these boards with their ability to be helpful.

Give it a try.  Hope it works out for you. Good luck.

Only have 60 days for a feedback change. It looks like this was 6+ months ago. Its your first negative and it hurts but I don't think  buyers look at feedback that much. I think sellers look at what buyers leave more.

I just moved on with my first negative feedback. I am sure I will get another one some day. Just block the buyer and let it go.

You can Respond to the feedback indefinitely.

"Demanded partial refund for damaged case. I offered a full refund on return. He decided to keep the card."

This will show on his Feedback page, although the only ones who will ever see it would be his occasional buyer who actually reads FB Left for Others.

It will also show on yours, drawing attention to the neg, but explaining to your future customers what actually happened.

The most effective FB is calm and factual.

You have his money.

He has paid for the card and again for the new certification.

On checking your feedback page---

Frankly your Response is over the top. It might even be removed because of mentioning the dispute.

If you had only posted this: " I offered you a FULL REFUND and YOU declined!! " without caps or exclamations points, you would look more professional.

Perhaps you could ask the eBay rep to allow you to rewrite your Response, if he will not remove the neg.
