Error while Uploading GSTIN and IEC documents

I have added the GSTIN and IEC numbers and also uploaded the documents in pdf format but I am getting an error saying "Something isn't right. Please double-check the info on this page.". I am entering the correct documents and the numbers are correct too. I don't understand why am I getting this error message

You might try clearing your cache and cookies and then try again.

Thank you this is one way also would like to say that starting new session also helps to get it done. I had bookmarked the website long ago for uploading the docs and was using that link to upload the documents hence was getting an error.

KYC COMPLETED BUT I STILL CANNOT LIST ITEMS TO SELL

You can't list, as you need to update your GSTIN and IEC on eBay. GSTIN and IEC are mandatory for sellers who are registered in India to sell on eBay.

To sell on eBay, provide your GSTIN and IEC on your My eBay Account Settings Profile page.
