Hi,
I could not get pass while requesting to be increased selling limitation. I got the error message as "Unfortunately, you're not currently eligible for a selling limit increase. It looks like you're registered on another eBay site. You'll need to go to the eBay site where you registered to get more information and request an increase in your selling limits." I am sure that I was on correct site that I registered.
How can I get it passed? Thank you.

I see that you are registered in Vietnam, and also that you registered your eBay account on eBay USA (ebay.com) because it shows "in United States" in the left channel when I do a search-by-seller for your items. See the screenshot below.

I can't see from your screenshot which eBay site you were on, other than that it was one of the ones that uses English. If you are sure that you were on eBay.com when you requested the selling-limit increase, then it may have been rejected because you don't have very much experience as a seller yet, but the one item you sold was for a fairly large amount of money. Possibly, the fact that you are an international seller may have something to do with why you are not eligible for an increase yet, and the error message isn't worded very well (or accurately).
I only see one item that you have listed and sold, in an auction-format listing (starting price $100) but sold to a best offer. According to your feedback page, it sold for $350.

We can see your registered country, but nobody on this forum can see on which site (.com .co.uk etc) you originally registered your account.
Go to the bottom of this page and use the "contact us" button so you can speak with eBay's customer service. When the chat box pops up, scroll down for more options, then scroll down again until you have the option to contact an agent.
