Error on "Item not recieved rate"

Hello,

Despite having every single order shipped and delivered with the delivery proof; Ebay has marked my account with 4% item not delivered rate and suspended it!

That was becasue of 3 recent cases for item not recieved claims.
But i supplied all the delivery proof and all the cases are already closed in my company's favor.

I sent mails to the customer service with my proof but they do not offer any solution.

They just keep telling me that my rate is 4% and the account will remain suspended.
But this is en error of Ebay and i do not have even one single order that was not delivered!

Does anyone have any idea on this?

You are in Turkey.

Three INRs is the kiss of death for overseas eBay sellers, because you are held to a very strict standard and are not given second chances.

INRs are considered a "bad buyer experience" and eBay does not tolerate those.

It does not matter whether the cases were closed in your favor, unfortunately.
