Error Page Promlem

Hello. I'm trying to buy a product, when I click on buy it now, it always redirects to the error page. I tried to list the product, when I click sell it redirects to the error page. I sent an e-mail to ebay 2 times, ebay customer representatives ignored my message and sent the same message each time, they showed me how to open a seller account. Please help me

It sounds like you may not be fully registered. Have you provided eBay with your banking info and enrolled in Managed Payments? Once you've registered an eBay account and completed verification, you can create a listing for the item you want to sell.

Are you buying or selling? If you are buying, that seller may not ship to your location.  If you're selling, you need to sign up to be paid and go thru all the requirements to sell that eBay asks of you to be a seller.

     Confused by your post. It sounds like you are trying to buy an item what is the error message you are getting? What is the number of the item you are trying to buy? It would help if we knew so we can see where the seller is, what they are selling and whether it ships to you.

     If you are trying to sell an item then that is a different matter. Follow the steps in the following instructions. I would also advise that you read a few of the other eBay help files specifically the Fee Structure and the Money Back Guarantee.
