I leave for vacation in a few days and would like to end all my listings today (they all have 1 day, 22 hours left, no bids on anything). When I try to do this there is a listing of reason I can end them all early and none of them is applicable (starting price wrong, item sold, item broken, etc). Is there a way to just end everything without getting any dings to my performance or do I really need to keep them active and hope noone buys them? Thank you!

There is no performance ding related to any of those reasons. The reason is shown at the top of the ended listing as an explanation.

You look to be selling fixed price with best offer as an option.
just let them run out, if it is still before you leave.

The listings do not have "Immediate payment required" so they should be ended 6 days before the seller goes on vacation, to allow time to go through the unpaid item claim process. Otherwise, the seller could get a payment after they're gone.

"The item is no longer available for sale" I know that reason is there.
When I end listing individually, I'm asked for a reason.
When I end listings in bulk, they don't ask. They simply end. Check of your selection and click on End at the top of your MySelling

"The item is no longer available for sale"
I'm starting to get a tad leery of using that one, based on what's happening lately.
