Nope.  Not on Fixed Priced listings.  You can end all that you want.

Auctions are different and there are some rules to that.

The only time you might run into trouble is if you have had a communication about the said listing through ebay from a potential buyer.  If you subsequently end it, ebay may view this as "trying to sell off eBay" and assess you final value fees for that listing anyway.
