Embargoed items?

Wouldn't any red jujube (dates) from Xinjiang be subject to embargo to US buyers?  I was curious because I definitely see listings that claim origin as Xinjiang.  I saw in the news that sites like the big competitor are having to clamp down on this, and some super markets still have them even with XPCC labels.  This would by definition, not be allowed to be sold in US.

That would be a rule that Ebay would set, not the sellers.  This is a member to member board.  We don't have the authority to create or implement rules.

I mean, technically, I could get in trouble just for buying them, but only searched out of curiousity.  Thanks for that response.  🙂  I figure they'll be added soon for obvious legal reasons.
