There is line in the Orders section of the Seller Hub that shows what transactions are eligible for filing a UPI for. I never cared what that number said because I always have everything as IPR fixed price... so it should always be zero.
But there's always a number 1-10. So I curiously clicked into it and it shows all the of the transactions that I've recently refunded due to a buyer return filed and it is allowing me to file UPI's for them. Really? How does that make sense?
UPI's are generally filed to get your FVF back right? Also to protect yourself from feedbacks I guess. But in my cases with all of my satisfied buyers who got their refunds (most likely won't leave negative feedback anyway) and I already got my FVF from issuing the refunds... why would anyone even file a UPI for these? Unless ebay didn't refund my FVFs yet.
Thoughts?
