What I get tired of is these eBay represenitives just out right lying to me!
After I got negative feedbacks saying I was a scam artist and not a US Army Vet I called eBay to have them removed. I was told and am sure it was recorded that they could remove the comments which they did but not the negative itself. Today they tell me that's not true but since I waited to long there is nothing I can do about it. Really! Ebay circus of clowns!

This feedback is almost 6 months old, and yes, you waited to long. Good Luck to you.

It wasn't when I was on the phone with eBay having the comments removed and being lied too by being told they couldn't remove it! My point is they lie to you to make their policies work!

It's very well known that eBay will tell you anything to get you off the phone to answer the next caller. I too have been lied to, Hung up on, and more that I can't mention here. eBay has the very worse Customer service I have ever encountered, But this is their sandbox, and you have to learn to side step the smelly lumps. Good Luck.

I seriously laughed my ass off at that! Take the high road!

you can request the person remove the feed back there is a way but they have to agree

Not true! They can remove it any time they want to, key word here is want! I know, they removed one of mine without my permission and I was 100% on the right and they were wrong.

Unfortunately, you LOST the original case which allowed the feedback to be removed. Once, removed it's gone forever so even if you won the case on appeal, it can't be reinstated.

That's straight from eBay's mouth except they are sitting at the controls and yes they can most certainly remove anything they want any time they want! Other members have stated this you just have to spend x amount of hours on the phone and make them.

Yes, I'm sure eBay can remove feedback anytime they want. But I doubt that minimum wage customer support reps are given free reign to do so.
If they are anything like the CS reps at some companies that I have worked for, interventions on behalf of customers (like fixing feedback, removing defects, giving courtesy refunds, etc.) would be logged and audited - and a summary would become part of their performance review.

So you work for eBay! I did not mention I lost the first case here!

First, stop private messsaging me with your accustions. Second, guess you forgot what you posted on another thread:
I filled a case against a buyer (sic) for not giving me a refund for an item I return using the shipping label that the buyer sent me. eBay found in favor of the seller!
Nope, I don't work for eBay nor am I divulging your info on here. LOL!
