EBay won't take my address when I try t rejoin ebay

It could be because you already have an account since Sept of 2022? If you are trying to update go here >>Account Settings (ebay.com) 

Then click addresses next click Registration address, email and phone number ...next click edit. Find Owner name and address hit edit again do your changes then Save.

When you opened this account, were you living in the US or somewhere else?  This account states the US.
