Ebay vs Non-paying bidders vs Sellers

Ok EBAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How is it a bidder can bid and not pay, over and over and over. 

So I the seller of MY STUFF, cannot ad this to my listings....

Please DO NOT BID on MY STUFF if you cant pay for items.

How is that wrong. MY STUFF NOT EBAYS!

Funny how i have All items are AS- IS NO RETURNS in all 280+ auctions i have. But i cant put Please DO NOT BID on MY STUFF if you cant pay for items?

Seems this my help some with all the 0-5 feedback BUMS who bid on cheap stuff and NEVER EVER pay.

Why would they read? It's alot easier to list something and come here to complain about things than actually do research and attempt to be successful. But, you know, that's eBay's fault.

eBay should make sellers pass a test before being able to list. 

I always think it's funny when I read the "do not bid if you don't intend on paying" statements in listings. It's not like an NPB is going to come along, see that and go "Oh darn. I so wanted to bid and not pay for that, but since the listing says I can't, then I won't..."

"Don't say anything that isn't true"

Kinda sums up in a nutshell what ebay "policy" is all about.  Everywhere!
