Our ebay store is not functioning properly AT ALL. Yes, you can visit the first page and you can click on the details for all the items on that page and see them, but that's about it. The store search box as well as the catagorys get an error message. Clicking on the individual store pages at the bottom produces the same result. This is day three of the problem. This amounts to customers coming into my store being able to only view and purchase the items on the first page! Called ebay and "they are working on it" Today, I called again and they offered me a partial credit on my store subscription. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Wow. I literally loosing hundreds of dollars a day because of this. I also run ads off ebay to direct them to my store and customers CAN NOT SHOP THERE. This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. Who do they hire to do their programming? Monkeys?

Yes there is a problem with your store. I find it ridiculous that every day it's another glitch. Who is hiring the geniuses that are not able to keep this platform running efficiently. Everytime that I call customer service, I too get the same old line that they are working on it. Thanks for giving us the heads up on this and good luck

I have the same issue on another thread.
It appears the problem is we are both on the OLD version of eBay Stores. You know the store front that actually looks nice.
It looks like a FORCED MIGRATION to the Ugly Store is in our near future.
So, how do you feel about the fact that with eBay's new store format is SO LAME!? Whenever anybody does a search, while in your store; the result pushes them out of your store into a simple eBay List result?
Personally . . . I think that is horrible. You lose all STORE functionality that we were paying for. No Store Banners, NO STORE Hello text, Little To No Store Formatting!
How does eBay get away with stripping 90% of the store features, but still charging the same for the store?

My last sale was Monday around Noon my time. That is over 50 hours without a single sale or customer inquiry. At least now I know why.

At the moment eBay's Storefronts are either broken or a just shadow of what they used to be!
AND eBay's inventory system has been broken for a over 3 years. I have outline, numerous times how and where the inventory system is broken and it has never been fixed. I have a 20 page word document of all the customer support calls I made on the problem, starting 5/2016. All the problems are still there. Their last excuse, eBay is going to be rolling out a newer inventory tool. 3 Years . . . No New Tool . . . Old Tool still broken.
Last summer eBay admitted to a Photo glitch that lost all the photos on most of my items, plus all the photos on most of my Inventory Items. Last year I spent over 400 man hours trying to recover from eBay's admitted technical issues that caused the photos to be lost.
Broken Storefront . . . Broken Inventory system . . . Lost 1,000s of photos with no recovery plan . . . what exactly am I paying for?
On eBay's Bright Side: They've never had a problem with their invoicing system. That come out like clockwork!
If I sound GRUMPY, it is because I most certainly am. I'm sure the mortgage company will understand when I explain that 'eBay had technical difficulties!'

On my store page, searches, and breakdowns by auction, buy it now, etc. all come up with a not responding page. I've attached a photo. This lost me a sale yesterday.

where are the ebay trolls that monitor these discussions i have not seen 1 weigh in with any tips or usual **bleep** insites and for some of you here if you no items in your store yes i guess it works fine please tell me 1 of you called them today i will call in the morning but i hope you just arent **bleep**ing here

I like the Youtube eBay videos Suzanne Wells makes. Maybe you could contact her and see if she has any suggestions or even knows about the issues. Someone who also makes videos and actively communicates witjh eBay is Kathy Terrill. If you might want to contact them for any advice or anything. Heck, I think I'll contact them too - {!}.
I'm horrified to hear about all this, I plan to start my listings going live in about 3 weeks........!
