BEWARE! It seems that Ebay allows you to change the name of your store every 30 days, BUT it will never allow you to change the store url. As an example my old store name was wisewomenshare but I decided to change my marketing plan so I changed the name of the store to ritzytreasures. But for marketing I still have to use wisewomenshare! That is not a good policy on Ebay's part.
But I wonder if it were possible, of course you'd want to be careful with fees (especially if you're on the annual plan) but you'd create another whole store, then delete the old one...
