Ebay standard Envelope no longer an option

I have been selling stamps and coins through the year and never had an issue with standard envelope.  For the last 2 months when I create the same listings I have in the past for stamps or coins, the envelope is no longer an option.  I don't get it.  I even went to a listing I had that at that time gave the option for ESE and created a duplicate and no ESE option.  did they do away with it or is it horribly bugged.  Called CS twice and all they say is look at instructions.  I've tried to create from scratch under multiple item categories and 1-2 ounces and the min and max sized and in between and nothing.

I see the option available on 3 out of 4 of your newly listed items. I didn't look any farther. They were listed on the 11th. The 4th one was a lot of 4 coins in thick holders so it wouldn't work on that listing anyway.
