Ebay has it listed that I have had nearly 12K sales, but only have 4310 feedback and we are at 99.4% positive feedback but yet are still Below Standards. How is that possible? We take ebay business seriously as we have depended on it as a 2nd income for many years... That way, this business can keep my wife at home and being able to take care of the grandchildren and visit her elderly mom when needed amongst other things.

Feedback percentages don't have anything to do with being "Below Standards."

Feedback has been and always will be voluntary. No one has to leave it.
Also, feedback has nothing to do with Seller Standard. Not as described cases and late shipping has alot to do with being below standard.

Feedback isn't a metric - it's just a voluntary action which many people don't even bother with - it makes no difference.

As noted in the other posts, your feedback rating is not connected to being Below Standard. You need to read about performance standards and look at your seller dashboard to see what happened. Perhaps you have too many transaction cancellations for "Out of stock."
