I can see why buyers can be perturbed when they don't get there items when expected and why sellers may get undeserved dings for not shipping on time.
I sold 3 items to the same individual in 2 separate orders today.
I have 10 days business days handling time
They showed delivery as 11 to 28 days which is garbage and as well 1 showed ship by 6/16 which is today, and the other showed ship by 6/29
What a mess they are creating and it is time they fixed this and quit using whatever they feel like and then trying to justify it.
