Normally, "account balance" immediately reflects the up-to-the-minute amount owing in fees based on sales. There is no lag between sales and amount owing. However, for about 2 weeks, they have been (for me) completely out of sync. The "account balance" might show $300.00 but trying to make a one-time payment to pay if off results in being told "your balance is (only) $23" and you are trying to "overpay." This has NEVER been the case in the past that the two have been out-of-sync this way.
