A huge percentage of people now day's are using cell phones to shop on line.
Ebay created a faulty cell phone program in order to cash in on the move.
Sadly many of the people using Ebay's program do not know how to view item descriptions.
When using the program you must click on the words "Item Description" for the actual descritption to load and be seen. Ebay did not make this apparent by high lighting the words or making them look like a clickable button.
The results are people are buing items without seeing the description.
They recieve the item and then open a case saying "Item Not As Described."
And of course Ebay happily gives them back a full refund including shipping.
Of course no one at Ebay listens or concerns themselves with fixing this problem.
It's the Ebay corporate way. Let the sellers bear the burden. Who cares!

I was out to dinner last night and had several items that I had bids on. I had a hard time finding the bidding area. I finally found it under those last things I looked at. I had to play around for a while before I found it though. That is certainly NOT good for Business! Selling, Watched items and something else is on the top! Pam

The new eBay Mobile App is designed for one thing, and one thing only ... to deliver ads.
It's pure garbage.
