Hello, I need help with an issue regarding my eBay account. I have attached my Printify account to eBay, and now eBay is asking for invoices for the items I’ve listed. As you know, Printify is a Print-on-Demand (POD) platform, and it does not provide purchase invoices until an order is placed. Since I’ve only received 2 orders so far, I am unable to provide invoices for all the listed items at this time.
What should I do in this situation?

What about your stuff that is not from Printify?
You say you have only sold 2 items but you have actually sold 15 items in the last 90 days and 83 in total.
If there is anything that triggered this it's the DeWalt tools not the Printify stuff. Or maybe the stuff that looks like you are dropshipping from AliBaba or similar.

After looking over your listings, i find your question confusing, if you could please clarify.
So you are drop shipping from Printify, but you have expensive branded items listed like the DeWalt tools, that seem unsuitable for personalization, which is what Printify does. I do not see those items in Printify’s catalogue.
If you are using other retailers to purchase your items from after the sale, this is not allowed by eBay.
To continue to sell here, now you must prove you are not breaking eBay’s rules on drop shipping and provide either your traditional drop-shipping agreement with your vendors, or the invoices showing your purchase of your listed items.

Looks like they are also dropshipping from Aliexpress and I bet those DeWalt tools are as legit as other stuff coming from China.

You know that dropshipping from other retail sites like Aliexpress is not allowed.

Count me as another who doesn't think your problems are because of your Printify account.
Why are your customers complaining about your not shipping items?
Why the slow shipping?
Why would a supposedly brand new item arrive broken?
So you know, just because you've refunded the buyers, some of those complaints count against you.

So you have 10 "DeWalt DW089LG 12V Green Line 3 x 360 Laser Level Laser Battery + Chargers" in your garage, basement or spare bedroom ready to ship when sold?
And you stored 18 "Dewalt DCF880 3300RPM Brushless Impact Wrench High Torque Cordless Electric Wren" in the same place in your home?
Then why did you issue a refund when you didn't ship one?
I'm sure glad ebay is making sellers of high theft items show invoices and receipts.

Did you see positive reviews on my account?

one thing i am not doing dropshipping on my account. I have invoices of others items from suppliers expect my printify items. My question was about my printify items not others.
I have integrated my Printify account with eBay, and all the products I have listed are sourced from Printify, which is a Print-on-Demand (POD) platform.
As per Printify's policy, they only generate purchase invoices once an order is placed, and since I have only received 2 orders so far, I am unable to provide invoices for all of the items I have listed at this time. This is a standard practice for POD services, where products are only produced and billed when a customer places an order.

Have you provided invoices for your other items? I mean, you should have them for the tools, right?

I shipped my item, but unfortunately, it was lost by the carrier company during transit. This was completely out of my control, and I want to make it clear that the loss of the package was not due to any mistake on my part. As a result, I took responsibility for the situation by issuing a full refund to my customer, ensuring they were not at a financial loss due to the carrier's error. Although the issue was caused by the carrier, I believe in providing good customer service and ensuring my customers are satisfied, even in difficult situations.

Yeah, I provided, but they are asking me for invoices for all the items I listed on eBay.

EBay wants the invoices for the items you have sold. They want to make sure you owned them before the sale and didn't purchase them after they were sold. There is a difference. They'll check the dates and if everything is A OK you will be on your merry way.
