Ebay removes negative feedback without me asking.

Weird. A buyer filed two INRs (tracking showed delivered). The case hasn't even gone to the point of being able to ask ebay to step in yet, and ebay already removed both negatives the buyer gave me prior to filing the INRs.

I checked and the buyer is still registered with ebay.

Yes, if there exists online viewable proof of tracking showing delivery then the buyer's feedback is automatically removed, I do believe an INR has to be opened but I'm not sure.
