Ebay picture upload tool not working. Wont upload pictures to a new listing.

I can not upload images to my new listing. Is anyone else having same issue ? The picture is 2.13 MB so this should not be a problem.

I figured it out. I had to delete the browser cookies and cache. It works now.  Thank you for replying.
