To the best of my knowledge eBay will not send your payouts to a third party financial processor like PayPal or Venmo. Why did you feel the need to change from having the payouts go to your checking account? I am not familiar with CHIME but it appears to be similar to PayPal and/or Venmo.
You can look at your account settings in the Payments section and see if you can nail down the issue. You may actually have to contact customer support on this one but suggest you go through one of the social media sites.
