Ebay payout generated without an accompanying payout message

Had 3 payouts in the last 3 days (April 6, 7, 8). I usually get a message from ebay informing me of the payout. Got one for the April 6th and 8th payouts but not one for the 6th. Does this happen from time to time, whereby ebay for some reason doesn't accompany a payout with a message informing the seller?

I meant didn't get a message for the April 7th payout.

There are dozens if not hundreds of computers, servers, firewalls, routers, software applications, and spam filters between eBay's aqttempt to send a message and your attempt to receive it.

So a missed email could be a probem at the eBay end, or the result of any of those other things along the way. So IMHO while emails are a nice reminder, but should never be relied upon. 

ALL THAT BEING SAID ... 

Several people have posted here over the past 48 hours saying they did not get payout messages. So I suspect there was an issue at eBay's end.
