Buyer wants to pay with prepaid cards or direct express cards. I told her I only accept Paypal. She had a hard time linking to Paypal. Does eBay accept those forms of payment?

No Ebay does not accept those payment methods unless they are processed through Managed Payments or Paypal. It sounds sort of scammy to me.

A seller I purchased from last week is having issues with Pay Pal all of a sudden . She said she has 27 orders but the payments aren't being processed . She's been working with them over the phone but so far no change . Tulips

Under normal circumstances I would agree, but there have been many reports in the past few days of buyers being unable to make normal payments through PayPal, and this may be yet another sighting of that. The OP sells books and none appear to be likely scammer targets. I would ask the buyers to be patient and maybe try again in the next day or two.
