Hello, if your funds were released upon delivery of the item, then it follows that you have been paid. It may be some glitch. Where are you seeing the Not Paid notice, on eBay or PayPal or email? Remember to always check for rendered payment directly by going into PayPal (not thru a link) to verify the funds are there.
Selling on eBay is not for everyone. There are a lot of hoop jumping activities a seller must do.
