Ebay not letting me get my account reinstated after begin permentaly banned

I've recently got my account fully banned because I was doing (suspicious activities). All I know is me switching from Individual account to business account. or me canceling a product for the first time. I don't know, this is a problem and I can't get my account back.

Did they ask for receipts or anything? All they see is a new seller with several rather spendy items sold in a few days and it might look like a jacked car parts warehouse. Usually there is some verbiage as to why. Were you just suspended out of the blue? Were there any messages prior?

*edit* was the "cancel" an out-of-stock cancellation? It's kind of early in the  game for that. Just sayin.

Yeah lots of red flags showing and I'd bet we are not getting the complete story.

Without the complete story it's not fair to jump to such guesses (right now).

If you can, post a screen shot of the VERY First message eBay sent you about these issues (remove personal info if any). Also if there further messages from eBay.

You mention a cancellation, was there really only one? What was the reason for it?

Did you have any return requests?

Where you orders shipped within the time stated in your listings?

Did you receive any payouts from eBay for the things that you sold in early October? Is eBay still holding any of your funds?

You say your account is "banned" do you mean banned from selling but ok for buying only?

Nobody here can reinstate your account but we may be able to explain the reason why. Usually is often vague about these suspension details if they believe you may be involved in some sort of illegal/fraudulent business.

I noticed one of your solds was listed as "New, Other) but the description says "some scratches", not good! Of course that alone or one cancellation doesn't usually get an account restricted.

I notice in your very first sold listing you included your contact info in the listing  and invited buyers to contact you. Contact information is only allowed in a handful of listing categories, basically just for actual vehicles, motorhomes, boats etc. Having them in any other category is a VERY serious policy violation, it would look to eBay like you were either attempting to avoid paying fees or worse a scammer that would defraud buyers and steal their money. If that is what eBay suspects there is no way to come back as a seller.

A permanent ban is exactly what it is; permanent. Your sold listings shows lots of new car parts including parts by Tesla. I think the new parts you were selling is what drew eBay's attention to you. Also looking at the pictures, are you sure these are new parts and not salvaged parts?

What did the email you got from Ebay say when they initially banned your account.  Please copy and paste it into a post here.  Make sure you black out any personal info.  This would really help us to possibly help you.
