I have an item for sale on ebay, but when a buyer tried to buy it ebay said "The seller can't accept payments right now.". I do not understand this.

Have you checked the payment email in the listing is correct?

"If a product doesn't sell, raise the price" - Reese Palley

Maybe, the listing is in usd, but my euro bank is linked to paypal. Perhaps my listing should be in euros? But there does not seem to be any way to do that. Confused.

Is your PP set to accept foreign (as in USD) currency?
