I sold a jersey and had the item packed up ready to be shipped. The buying contacted me and wanted some clarification, which was pictures. I reopened the item and sent pictures to the buyer. I soon started getting rude Emails from the buyer , saying I was hiding something and was concerned the item was a fake. Please remember I sent pictures and I assumed that the buyer did receive them. As I assumed his comments were based on the pictures he received, the conversation escalated. I decided just to cancel the transaction , where then the buyer left me a wonderful negative feed back.
It was till after him gloating about the feed back, that I learned he did not receive the pictures. I resent the picture3 more time. Still didn't receive them. Finally I tried to send one at a time. He finally got them and said, yes this jersey looks correct.
