Ebay managed payment issues

I cant even register for managed payments, Ebay's stupid system tells me my city does not exist even though its been there for the 20 years that I have been on Ebay,

BTW the city shows in my profile

4 support calls that went on for hours now I am told my account will be restricted in 14 days

What is wrong with this company

Since you are located  in Malta it is hard to tell what the issue is. If you were selling before and tied to PayPal what does your PayPal account show for your address?

When contacting eBay ask for a payment specialist to try and deal with your problem.

@donsdetour  - that is an excellent suggestion.  On a prior thread (might have been Payments board) someone mentioned the same thing that they were able to achieve compliance by mapping exactly what they had on file with Paypal.  Good luck to the OP!

My Paypal account matches my ID exactly, currently my Ebay details have the correct address but when I submit my ID card I get the message enter a valid city and I did not change the city . I spent hours with support, they keep escalating it but nothing has changed since Mid May and today I was told in 12 days I can no longer edit, list of revise my items
