Okay. The problem with this is when it gets turned on by mistake from unwanted pop-up windows. I DO NOT WANT THIS and somehow it randomly appears on and I don't even know how when I make sure I tap on 'not this time' at the annoying prompt... The worst is when I have to revise an item and even during this I again get prompted to use it with a pop-up window when I tap the 'revise listing' button. It's not fair that I'm losing money on something I'm no rush to sell. I just noticed that something I'm selling for $89 was just in $70 dollar range, I could have easily missed this and eventually and potentially lost money by selling for less than I paid. I think eBay should warn us that it on instead of trying make us accidentally turn it on with pop-ups.

This is the first I'm hearing of this.
I hope this is an opt-in program.

It comes up for me whenever I do a revision on my phone, but not when I use my desktop. I've also found best offer on my listings after using my phone to add a pic or revise.

Hi, you are not alone. If i use my phone to revise anything, the app listing form has reverted to the default choices, and has turned on Best Offer and/or Easy Pricing. I got burned once before revising a listing because i didn't check to insure those features were off. Lesson learned. I always use the Advanced listing tool on my PC for the majority of my listings, only using the app to add my photos. But now i always check before i click Revise. I wish eBay did not push those features onto unsuspecting sellers.

Hi @aldente28
In the past, i was caught in the default settings in the Quick listing tool, finding Best Offer / Easy Pricing turned on without my noticing until the listing went live. It should be a choice to opt in, but eBay has made the choice for me in the past. Best Offer was put on my listing after i had turned it off. I went to bed with no BO on my listings and woke up with it on, and found a new message from eBay announcing its presence and praising its effectiveness. They were targeting small sellers only. I don’t experience this with the Advanced listing tool.

It started in June of 2018. it is not an opt in program. It is listing by listings.

There are certain features that appear for those that list or revise a listing via a mobile app and for those that use the QLT [quick list tool] on any type of device.
The only way to avoid this completely that I'm aware of is to not list on an App.
Depending on the device you are listing or revising with, on the upper right side of the listing form there will be a link to change from the QLT to ALF [advanced listing form]. Changing to ALF will prevent this from showing up automatically and give you more fields in which you can choose to fill in or not.

It's only happened to me once so far. I woke up to a message saying my listing can now accept offers. They said my price was too high. I priced based on sold listings. I have it priced at the rate most others sold for.
