So, I started my nightly listing routine...and like always I check the new listings I submit afterward for title misspellings, inventory markers, punctuation, etc.... Well, it's now been 4 hours, and my listings are still not live. This NEVER happens to me...like ever. My listings usually take 10 minutes to appear.

I'm halting my work for tonight, including all my relists, and working on another platform because I'm so scared the listings are going to be lost (and all the time I spent listing them).

What's going on? I'm trying to give this platform my money; please take it eBay. 😄

PS--For just a side note, when I search a certain term in my store "Anne Klein" (as a customer) no listings pop up to shop...but when I search my active listings from my seller hub, 19 appear.

I'm having the same problem. Nothing from last night or this morning is showing up in a search.

As some who searches daily, I have noticed a lot less listings in my category.

Much less than normal, so imo it has to be something else than the 24 hour delay.

if I go to a seller's feedback page or try to view their listings directly from the eBay forearms I'm getting the following

The eBay page or feature you are attempting to access is not responding.
Please try the options below:

Try to access the feature directly from the eBay Home Page, instead of using a bookmark.
Wait a few minutes and try to access the feature again.

If you have waited ten to fifteen minutes and you still can't access your page:

Check our Announcement Board to see if the feature is currently unavailable.

If what you are looking for is unavailable, you may still be able to access other parts of the site from the eBay Home page

Hi @annmdill_0, I just tested this out with a few members on this thread and was able to see their listings from the feedback page and the option here on the forums. I checked in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Can you tell me what browser you are using and what names you checked?

@the.archive, I don't mean to come across as canned this is just something that sometimes raises concern but is considered normal. Once we've exceeded 24 hours from the time you listed without those items appearing in search, we can begin looking into this further. If you reach that point, be sure to provide us with some item numbers as examples and we will be happy to have this reviewed. As a side note, I've been keeping an eye on your listings since this morning and a quite a few have already hit the site, some even while I was writing this response. Either way, keep me posted and I'll be happy to help!

All of my listings from last night (6 pm CT) *just* went live (2 pm CT next day). So, I guess we are dealing with a major delay of some sort. The dupes I made this morning are still not active, so the problem isn't solved per se....At least I know now that I won't lose the listings I generate. I am really confused as to why there is almost a full day's worth of time between listing and going live----it is really inconvenient and frustrating. Is this a new, permanent thing eBay is doing, or is it temporary?

Spoke with ebay. The ticket for the problem when in late morning. Not a good thing. While on the phone with rep, the cause was found and I was told items will start showing up in listings as the day goes on. I have a few of the 100 or so I posted start showing in the search, far from all of them

UPDATE---- All is well on the eBay front for me now. Listings are showing up normally THANK YOUUUUUU. I have no idea what happened, nor do I care as long as everything is status quo.

Hi @the.archive, the potential for a listing to not be visible in search results for up to 24 hours has always been present. Any listing can take up to 24 hours to appear in search results on the site as per our User Agreement. Anything within this timeframe would not be out of the norm, but fall within our standard procedure. I encourage you to continue listing as you have in the past and touch base with Customer Service if you do not see your listings go live after 24 hours.
