Ebay labels giving blank page!

Hi

I use the eBay "buy labels in bulk " feature as its easier for me. Up until Friday it worked fine, since then when I click open labels to print, it just gives a blank page - and if I attempt to print the printer just spews out however many blank labels. It has generated them and if I go into postage labels they are there and I can print them one by one. 

Called ebay CS, who didn't really have a clue and gave the "its a technical error, were not sure when it will be fixed" line, I think just to get rid of me. 

Anyone else having this issue, I've tried removing the s from https as suggested in another thread but that's not worked either. 

I did upgrade to Selling Manager Pro - would this have anything to do with it?

Using a iMac and a Zebra GK420d printer.

The bulk system has had various problems, so don't really know what is going on here.  I can suggest that you make sure you browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader, which often solves this type of issue.
