I have a problem. I sold two items on eBay. Back when things were smoothly in eBay, I used to receive my money in my Paypal account and then I send it to my bank account. Now since December 2020 I haven't received my money. They keep send the transaction and then declined the transaction. I call them and they don't know how to fix this issue. If someone was able to fix this issue, let me know what can I do. Ebay is becoming a scam.

Your post is a bit vague. Since I don't see any "sold" listings on the id you've used to post your comment, can you confirm that you've been successfully enrolled in eBay's Managed Payments program?
Which money processor were you using when the sales took place--PayPal or Managed Payments?
Have you confirmed that all your information required by Managed Payments is 100% complete and correct? The bank routing number, your checking account number, your social security number, your name (which has to be an exact match)?
You're using a financial institution that is licensed as a bank? And you've linked a checking account?
Have you contacted your bank to see if they can help explain why the transaction is being declined?

I received 1 bank transfers then the next 4 has not come in, then one came in now the next 4 has not showed up, Ebay says we will send it May 3rd, makes 4 time they have lied about that. Nightmare to keep up with E-bay, of course that is intentional, should put them all in prison, people go for a lot less than what E-bay gets by with!

I’m in the same boat. The PayPal payment system and fees while not perfect worked fine for me. Now eBay shoves their less efficient system down the throat of sellers. They’re holding payments in some escrow and accumulating interest delaying transfer to a sellers bank deposit account. It’s a fraud. State’s Attorneys General should investigate.

I am at my wits end. i changed to the My Payment (only because it was jammed down my throat) It has been one month and i have not got Paid from e-bay. i have been back and forth with chats and calls, they say they are trying to fix it but so far nothing. They say they tried to send the microburst payments but they do no go through. The last thing I did yesterday was to upload a voided check to them so they can make sure it is correct, then they said a tiny, tiny piece of the corner of the check was missing, not cutting any info off but will try it. I am so upset they were to call me this morning but so far nothing. i don't know who to turn to, any suggestions?

Is your account a real checking account, and not a savings account, debit card account, or other nonstandard or "hybrid" account masquerading as a checking account?

More or less a new seller with the same problem. Now I have gone to the "Payments" subsection in My Ebay's Selling section and found out I need to report micropayment amounts to my account to verify that Ebay is not making a mistake.
