Ebay is auto rejecting offers on my items without my permission!

I just went through my current active listings and noticed a shocking occurrence! Most of my listing are listed for 100+ and beyond and I have most of them set up to accept offers from buyers. I don’t have a minimum offer amount entered because I’m always open to make a deal but when I checked my “review offers” tab I see that numerous potential buyers have offered as little as 5 dollars below my asking price and EBay goes ahead and declines the offer without even notifying me? What the hell is that about?!? By my calculations EBay has cost me almost 1,000 dollars in the last month of potential sales had they of adhered to how my listings are setup! I am thoroughly unimpressed and dissatisfied with the quality of service I’m experiencing.

Are you using send offers to watchers? Because when you hit “review offers” all of those offers to watchers show up there as offers you sent but buyer never accepted. If you have auto accept and best offer is enabled you should get the email when offer is made. But do you have autodecline used as well as that would auto reject lower prices you set in each listing? If your not getting email notifications for the ones above your lowest accept price check your settings to make sure you get the email notifications from eBay is selected. You also should be getting a messages in eBay messages for any offer made to best offer. So if your sure its not the offers sent to watches your seeing under review offers then call eBay if your not getting notifications or eBay messages.
