I don't have any promotions to negate the final value fee and it should show up in the appropriate section under fees. I sold about 7 items 2 days ago and haven't been charged a final value fee on 3 of the items. One of the sales is between the sale of two other items all in the same category that were charged the final value fee.
I'm fine with not being charged this fee but I like to keep track of this stuff for tax purposes and I'm not sure if I should delete the fee for selling these items or keep the fee on there as it might get put on there retroactively.
