I had a buyer who switched coins he showed fantastic condition ultra shiny coins 7 came to me dull I leave negative every single negative is removed as soon as he refunds me. Another seller is out of stock I leave feedback Ebay removes it yet once when I had made mistake and ran out of item Ebay would never remove the feedback for being out of stock even when I called about half a dozen times but they do it for my seller. Another seller threatened me AFTER I paid him to cancel order saying there was high demand he also tried to force me to pay his insurance why would I pay insurance when I supposedly have Ebay buyer protection Ebay removed his negative why have a feedback system when all Ebay does is have reps that remove them for NO reason. I am so fed up obviously Ebay does not care about what these sellers do and hides what they do by removing feedbacks. What protection do buyers have with no accountability of sellers who are not honest. No sense in me leaving feedback the whole feedback system is a joke
Also when I call as to why the negative feedback is removed the person who supposedly is in that department tells me they have no idea and cannot find out why another rep removes it. What a joke this feedback system is.
