Ebay coffee shop

These days you hear retailers order online and pickup in store/curbside,when is Ebay going t o have a physical presence? 

A watering hole or a coffee shop where local ebayers can meet,grab a sandwich or coffee and chat?

There was a time I was hoping Ebay will buy BARNES AND NOBLE .

I sure would like to meet other Ebayers over coffee.beer or a hot dog!

may be some Ebay entrepreneurs would like to start one,nothing fancy,a counter and a few tables to start.
Ramen noodles ,anyone?
I see that a lot in Honolulu,soup noodles with hardboiled egg topping,or a few slices of roast pork,shrimp tempura ,or even squid?
