Received an email stating I made changes to my store, which I did not do. I called and was notified that my yearly Premium store was renewed on Aug 1'st. I informed them that I was not due for renewal until May 1 of 19. I was lied to by a CSR who said she was looking at my invoices. I finally had the time to go back and look. My store was not due for renewal until May 1 and called again. Got a reasonable person on the line and he agreed there was a glitch on their part. He refunded me 1 month fee(are you aware they charge 2 months when store is opened?), but told me changing the date back to May 1'st is going to be very difficult and he was going to have to send a ticket to another department. Check your invoices people. I was actually laughed at and called paranoid by the first lady I talked to. She told me "we do not make mistakes in subscriptions. " Anyone else receive and email this month telling you your account was in jeapordy, because your fees were not paid. Ebay has gotten very close to being a waste of time and now they are resorting to Worldcom/AOL type tactics to keep the money coming in. Been on here 14 years and made a living at it for 7 of those years, but I must say I will enjoy watching the unraveling of Ebay at this point. The drama never stops with them.
