How is it possible or allowed that a seller selling fake weed seeds is suspended for a month and back on selling fake seeds and im banned for life from selling for having to many late shipments with 100% feedback and no customer complaints ??? The scam goes like this which I explained to eBay personally !! They buy a bag of 5,000 hemp seeds from China for $14 and pass them off as real weed seeds hemp grows the same as a real seed but only leaves grow no buds !! Heres the thing it takes 3 to 6 months to grow so by the time the buds are suppose to be forming the seller has closed up shop and left eBay cause it grows exactly like a normal plant would and the seller is from "Colorado" !!! So first thing people are thinking is that its legit !!! I saw his buyer feedback or sure enough purchases from a seller in China selling bags of "Hemp" seeds ....Actually 2 sellers I found And both sellers have the same containers for the seeds sticker and all ..Possibly same seller ??? Now is this right ?? Is this fare business practice ?? I get banned for life from selling for going a day over listed shipping time and people are allowed to sell fake illegal items ?? Im gonna contact the better business bureau and see how they feel on this subject ...Ive screenshot everything ....Also cause eBay sees the person is selling making money for them so its allowed !!! Reported another seller a couple weeks ago for selling reprint baseball cards saying they where his grandfarthers cards one sold for 8k !! A 50 cent reprint !! Again its so easy to find out what people buy looked up his history sure enough 20+ purchases from a seller that only sells ..You guessed it ...Reprint baseball cards !! Are people that stupid they cant figure **bleep** like this out for themselves ?? And I told eBay all this personally again and they told me I had to file a report ??? Smh ... And me kicked off never ripped a buyer off ounce !!! Actually to helpful !!!!!

Selling hemp seeds is not illegal.

Passing off hemp seeds as marijuana is fraud (there are many kinds of hemp plants with finger-like leaves that do not have the properties of marijuana).

In botany, there is a big difference between the various plants called "hemp" and only the cannibis species are marijuana. The others are used for making rope and textiles. They don't have the same medicinal properties and they are not psychoactive. So it's fraud to pretend they are marijuana.

Whether it's fraud depends on the listing. If it only says "hemp" and does not imply that it is marijuana in the listing and people buy it thinking it's marijuana, then they should do their homework because selling hemp as hemp is not fraud.

Exactly. And the example listing that the OP posted gave no indication that was happening.

And if you go findthe actual listing the OP posted (it is easy based on the title) you will find there nothing misleading about the listing whatsoever. In fact, it goes to great pains to avoid misleading anyone.

Umm is marijuana legal in every state ?? No it isn't ..can u buy weed seeds in any state ? No u can't ! In my state of Massachusetts you can grow smoke purchase drive around with it total access ..it's only like that in a few states so that would make it illegal in the other 21 states that it's still illegal ...you can see the sellers buying feedback and find out he bought BAGS of HEMP seeds from a SELLER in China right before he started selling seeds.
