Ebay Store Sales Question

Hello, I'm trying to run my first store sale. My question is:

Say I run a 15% Sale.  On items that have "Or Best Offer", can buyers still make offers on the

sales price?

Sorry if this question has already been discussed.  I couldn't find any help in the "Search"

Yes.  People can still be able to make offers on the Sale price.

Yes. Best offer will still appear on items that have a promotion or price reduction.

Yes, they still can. The best idea would be to deactivate offers on all listings, and then run a sale. You can also run different sale formats, like "buy $50 worth of merchandise, get $10 off". That's one of my favorite sales formats. It moves ALOT of inventory. Hope this helps!
