Ebay Security Block Every 2 or 3 Days

Why does this (See Below) keep happening to my account every two or three days? Since opening my account, I have used the same internet service to log on and followed all of the suggestions and this still will happen every two or three days while I am working in my account. When this happens, you cannot make any changes to your listings or list anything.  You have to stop what you are doing, call customer service and go through the same annoying questions you went through a couple of days ago.  "Are you using a new computer" they ask... really... a new computer every two  or three days!  If you have a store and you are working in it about everyday and this Block stops you every 2 or 3 days.... how frustrated would you be? Would you consider this harassment? What can be done to stop this insanity?  Does this only happen to the little non-important Sellers? After a year and a half of this continued frustration, can someone tell me how to get ebay to stop this nonsense?

I think it's just a problem on their end.  I had this happen last year on only one account (I have several), but only when I was uploading File Exchange files.  Everything else with the account was fine.

I called and got some guy in Qatar of all places, I ripped into him and he magically fixed whatever they were up to.  He knew I was onto them, I could tell by the change in his voice.  I haven't had any problems since.

I think their computer systems are about 20 years out of date, there are constant glitches all over the site.  A few nights ago the site went down for several minutes 2 nights in a row.

Maybe you can get a supervisor when you call that will fix the problem?

I chewed into them this evening and I did request a supervisor but was not allowed to speak with one.  Our ebay customer service needs to be in the United States..  I believe that would solve a large percentage of our customer service issues.
