Ebay Restricted Our Account

Hello everyone, we started selling our car accessories on the ebay platform 3 months ago. In these 3 months, we managed to reach 180 sales and a turnover of 12k dollars. However, 1 week before that, we received a message from ebay that our account had been restricted.We were asked to upload the necessary documents, contracts, proofs of delivery via the site, and we uploaded these requested documents to the system one by one. If there is an open case, we have provided the solution. And at the end of 1 week ebay reactivated our account I show you the following message.

However, just 2 hours after this message, we received a message that our account had been completely banned from sales and that we would not be able to sell again, as all our funds had been blocked. At first we thought it was a mistake.Because only and only after completing the review, our account became active. However, despite the fact that we have repeatedly reached out to them and said that there is a problem in this situation and that it should be withdrawn from consideration again, the same messages come to us in response as bots. There's no one we can reach. Friends and officials, all of our sales are delivered with Fedex company as official, postpaid and export registered. We have a 100% profile with 22 positive comments. We have sent the proof of delivery of all delivered orders to the EBA up to their invoices. And yet, how can we be scammers? We are thinking about how to fraud situation. There is a very serious mistake here. We also sell on other platforms, but this only happens to us on ebay. We do not sell as individuals, we do it as LLC, there are 10 people working in our company. And although we have shipped all the products, we will not be able to receive our money or make sales. In this case, our loss is 10 thousand dollars along with the costs. We want this review to be repeated because we do not accept fraud in any way. We are not a bot message when we request help, we want to reach a customer service that can really help. Best regards.

Looks like you were asking customers to pay outside the Ebay platform.  This is what is posted in your listings:

 

 

We would be happy if you pay for your order securely with Paypal. If you have any issues with the payment option or process please contact us, we will help you with directions.

 

Huge violation.  Customers can pay you with Paypal thru managed payments.  They cannot pay you directly thru Paypal.  Customers must pay with the payment methods that Ebay provides for the sellers.  

 

That is what most likely got you suspended.  Once you are suspended that's that...Sorry.

we can not use paypal, we use only payoneer. this polices default policy, all payment done on Payooner. Our paypal account is no t active. Because our country doesnt use paypal thanks

Then what I read shouldn't have been in your listings to begin with.  New sellers are under Ebays radar and they watch very closely.  Plus you made over 12K in 2 months as a new seller, that could have also set off some red flags.  Ebay will want receipts of all those items you sold.  

 

The only thing I can advise is that you reach out on social media via Facebook:

These are US CS agents who work for ebay and perhaps can help you with your issue.  Many positive posts here on this forum with their ability to be helpful.

Do it right away...tell them your issues.  They are usually good about replying within a 24 time frame.

BUT YOU stated on your own listings that you request payment via Paypal. 

Why would you ask for payment via Paypal if you can not use Paypal. And that is a very huge policy violation. I also suspect your free overnight shipping is a huge red flag.

 

here is  a screenshot direct  from YOUR listing. This violates ebay policy for fee avoidance.
