We have a whole database we use which is based on the downloading the CVS file from the Awaiting shipment page. Ebay decided to remove it today with no warning. Talked with Ebay CS today and they told us it was taken down for improvement. Why do they need to improve just downloading a CVS file. It worked perfectly before...
They told us to use File Exchange which we tried. Has been sitting for over 2 hours now and all it says is In Progress.
Manually doing all this will take 4-5 times longer as the document automatically deducts inventory across all our kits as well as prints all the shipping labels. Come on ebay!!! Sorry I just need to vent while i'm waiting for File exchange to work. CS told me it could take 24 hours...
