I message Ebay support they they confirmed that auto relisting has been removed entirely. If your item doesn't sell you will have to manually relist the item and that will eat away at your free insert total. In the past it would automatically relist up to 8 times without dinging you for another free insertion fee. They are basically trying to force sellers to either buyer a higher priced store package to get more free insertion fee listings or just pay the insertion fee to put up more items. I don't plan on doing either. I plan on shifting my sales to another platform that doesn't constantly shift the product for users WITHOUT TELLING THEM to make a few extra dollars. I guess they figure its 0.25 cents and sellers will just eat the cost.
