Ebay March Invoice?

I "sold" an item last week for $65 and did not receive payment so I opened a claim. 

I waited for payment then eventually got to choose the "Did not receive payment option" and got this message:

**Your unpaid item claim is closed without payment. The final value fee has been credited back.

Why did ebay credit me $6.50 this month if that was my only item and it did not sell?

Because it doesn't mater if they paid or not ebay charged you the 10% final value fee the minute they hit Buy it now or won the auction.
You have been charged so now they credit you since you closed the UPI case

the only later charge for FVF is Shipping as they don't charge that until the buyer pays the shipping cost & they then charge that 10% shipping FVF.
