Ebay tells us that all items shipped through their International Shipping Program is fully insured? NOT TRUE! Beware that if you file an insurance claim for damaged item shipped with this program that only the item is covered! The shipping fees are NOT and the seller is expected to cover them. I spend a lot of money on packing material and package well so I honestly don't expect issues but things happen. I don't know of any seller that can afford to cover international shipping cost out of their pockets when an item gets damaged. For this reason I have opted to remove this shipping option from all my listings. This was a shock to me when I was informed because it is not advertised to us in this way.
