For the whole month of February ive been dealing with a ebay glitch! Im being charged a listing fee even though i have 206 free listings available! Ive contacted ebay everyday and has yet to be fixed! Their solution was for me to list items and after contact them to issue a refund. As you all know ebay cs agents barely know their names let alone know how to refund a customer for a specific reason. So anytime i want to post i have to deal with explaining the situation to cs which again are not trained at all. And it takes a while to get to someone whos actually good at their job. They completely destroyed my Store, Algorithms, views, Everything went down due to this glitch! Ebay has credited me a free month subscription but yet im still dealing with being charged when i shouldnt be. They told everyday for a month, that in 48hrs things will be fine again! A MONTH LATER im still being told the same! I took all my listings off since ebay is automatically relisting items at my expense!!!! Im alrdy setting up On etsy and Soon Amazon! Ebay is complete Garbage! Also Please check Your Advanced Promoted listings if u use it!!! They have ovwr charged me by $100's and wouldn't of said anything if i didnt notice it myself. Ebay is stealing from cuatomers to make thie numbers look right! And one more thing! Think about Why You Are Not Able To Leave Negative Feedback For Buyers!! Another Store Being Forced Out By Ebays Insane thirst for greed. Good Luck If You Stay! Ebay will be at the end of the back burner til something changes or they drop even further down.
